Nope. If you can send an email and use a smartphone, you're good. We built this for funeral professionals, not IT people. And we train everyone at whatever level they're comfortable with.
Will AI replace our staff?
No. AI handles the paperwork and repetitive stuff so your people can spend more time with families. It's an extra set of hands for admin, not a replacement for the people who actually matter.
How long until we see results?
You'll notice the time savings within the first couple weeks. The bigger financial picture usually comes into focus around the 60–90 day mark once everyone's comfortable with the tools.
What AI tools do you recommend?
